Any and all use of this website is subject to, and constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of, the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). It is mandatory for all Users of the Site to have read carefully, fully understood and be in total agreement to the below mentioned Terms before they proceed to connect with us.

The Purpose of Making a Person a Partner or Member of Classic Club is Only to Acquire Tradable Assets and Customer Information and To Pay The Stipulated Share Once The Deal is Finalised.
Any Eligible Individual, Family, Institution, Company, NGO or Association can Apply on the Recommendation of the Exist Active Classic Club Partner of The Company.
The Criteria for Selecting a Potential Member by the Company will Be Money Minded or Business Minded.We Select only and only Business Minded , Then Accept to Make the Partner Based on The Service or Cooperation Given By the Applicant
The Company does not Commit Any Job, Salary, Annual Package or Fixed Amount to Anyone. The Company's Revenue will Be Generated from Individual and Collective Efforts, which will be Distributed.
Applicant can Apply to Provide Services in Any of the Categories of Classic Club Partnership. The Final Authority to Accept or Reject the Application Rests with The Authorized Classic Blue Star Partner.
If The Application is Approved, You can Become a Classic Club Partner and Avail the Benefits by Performing Duties and Rights as per The Category.
Classic Club Partner will Be Allotted One Person Account in Software for Business Support and can See Transaction Which Can Be Managed Through Mobile and Computer.
Classic Club Partners are Theoretically Divided into Two Parts, One which Generates Revenue and The other Which Acts as the Medium and Manager for Providing Revenue.
Partners who Provide Revenue are Called Guest Partners. Their Job is to Cooperate with The Company By Providing Prospective Client Referrals or to Recover The MoneyThey have Paid.
Classic Club Partners will Only Be Able to Refer Clients and Assets Through the Software from Their Personal Accounts Only. Otherwise, Their Share will Not Be Payable If Their Referrals' Deals are Successful
The Revenue Generated By the Deal Given by The Partner will Be Paid as per The Norms [Share in %] after Deducting Any Tax or Levy Applicable on his Share of The Payment.
Only The Company and his Authorised Person has The Right to Verify or Reject the Property, Customer , Client or other Business Referred by The Classic Club Partner
Classic Club Guest and Refferal Partners shall Act Independently as a Customer or Client Referral Partner in the Interest of The Company. The company will Not put any Target or Pressure for Work.
In The Interest of The Company, The Company Management Reserves The Right to Terminate The Classic Club Partnership Without Giving Any Reason or Notice .
The Classic Club Partner Can also Request To Close The Account By Pressing The Quit Button From his Personal Account or By Writing in writing.
Each Classic Club Partner's Duties will Be Specific and Limited and He May Not Interfere with The Business and Internal Operations or Solicit I Beyond His/Her Assigned Duties or Responsibility
The Company Considers Planning The use of Its Resources , Financial Suport and Equipment with Classic Club Partners on a Cooperative Basis Culture.
The Company Invites Voluntary Cooperation and Association Without Any Investment or Fixed Time Limit. Hence Classic Club Partner or Members cannot File Any Complaint or Suit in Any Government Authority or Court.
If Any Classic Club Partner or Members Goes against the Basic Principles and Rules of The Company Then his Membership or Partnership will Be Automatically Cancelled.
If Any Classic Club Partner or Member Fails to Cooperate Actively or Fulfill the Responsibility Taken, Then as per The Rules, His Account will Be Deactivated after a Certain Period of Time and He will Be Considered Ineligible For all The Benefits and Facilities Given By the Company. Membership will Be Terminated Automatically.
The Company Prefers to Register Individual [family] Classic Club Golden Partners in the Name of The Female Head of The Household. And will Make a Provision For Payment to Be Made in The Bank Account of The Registered Woman.
The Company Reserves The Right to Make Changes in its Management and Financial Rules From Time to Time. It is not Necessary to Obtain Prior Information or Consent for the Same.
The Company will from Time to Time Provide Necessary Information Individually or Collectively Through WhatsApp , SMS Massage , Email, or Other Suitable Means.
Classic Club Partner or Member can Access Their Personal Information from the Helpdesk or Customer Support System.
Classic Club Partner or Member can Send his/her Grievances or Suggestions to The Respective Authorised Classic Club Blue Star Partner , Whose Contact Number Link will Be Shown in Personal Account ।
Classic Club Partners or Members Cannot Sue the Company or Any Person Associated with It in Court.
